Kendra joined the Design Phase Team in September 2023, and has been a wonderful addition to the team. Kendra has vast knowledge and experience within the Design Industry. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Event Planning in 2011 from The University of Louisville. Kendra has spent a majority of her career working in Non-Profit, Corporate and Private Event Planning and Design. For the past four years, she has focused on Residential and Commercial Interior Design working as West Elm’s Lead Designer and Trade and Contract Specialist. Kendra loves bringing her clients’ design vision to life, while also establishing a lasting and memorable connection.
Kendra lives in Grand Rapids and is a true Michigander, born and raised. She loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband, Ryan, their toddler, Kanen and dogs, Pauly and Georgie. When her four boys aren’t keeping her busy, she loves to spend time with her close friends, attending concerts, hiking, traveling and shopping.
Jennifer joined the Design Phase team in the fall of 2023. She graduated with a business degree from Miami University and has spent the last many years doing accounting work, college recruiting, raising a family, as well as much volunteer work coordinating school events and fundraisers. She loves all things home design and is thrilled to be a part of the DP team.
Jennifer has been married for 25 years to David and they have 2 young adult children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and walking her sweet lab Toby.
