Kristine loves to see her peers grow and thrive. Kristine expanded her interior design business to include providing support to a network of local interior designers, builders and home stagers. She opened the Design Phase Showroom, which is an exclusive source for flooring, cabinets, home accessories and design support. She offers CAD and rendering services to help you grow your business.  

Kristine lives in Grand Rapids with her husband Greg, who is her biggest fan and supporter. Kristine has 3 wonderful children and 3 adorable grandkids who she spoils ridiculously. 

Jeri Elsie joined Kristine’s team in November 2021. Jeri has 17 years of experience in the design world.  She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interior Design. Her past experience is as a Color and Material Specialist in the commercial side of the design industry. Jeri assisted architects & designers with color, materials & furniture selections at large architecture & design firms in Southfield and Chicago. As much as she loves to design, she really enjoy helping designers find the right accessories for their clients!  

Jeri lives in Grand Rapids with her husband Doug, and two handsome and hilarious teenage sons who keep her on her toes!  

Kendra joined the Design Phase Team in September 2023, and has been a wonderful addition to the team. Kendra has vast knowledge and experience within the Design Industry. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Event Planning in 2011 from The University of Louisville. Kendra has spent a majority of her career working in Non-Profit, Corporate and Private Event Planning and Design. For the past four years, she has focused on Residential and Commercial Interior Design working as West Elm’s Lead Designer and Trade and Contract Specialist. Kendra loves bringing her clients’ design vision to life, while also establishing a lasting and memorable connection.

Kendra lives in Grand Rapids and is a true Michigander, born and raised. She loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband, Ryan, their toddler, Kanen and dogs, Pauly and Georgie. When her four boys aren’t keeping her busy, she loves to spend time with her close friends, attending concerts, hiking, traveling and shopping.

Jennifer joined the Design Phase team in the fall of 2023. She graduated with a business degree from Miami University and has spent the last many years doing accounting work, college recruiting, raising a family, as well as much volunteer work coordinating school events and fundraisers.  She loves all things home design and is thrilled to be a part of the DP team. 

Jennifer has been married for 25 years to David and they have 2 young adult children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and walking her sweet lab Toby.

Karen has 27 years of sales and marketing experience, primarily in the multifamily housing industry. Karen left her full time career in 2019 as a marketing director for a national company to focus on her dream job of being a full time mom to her 5 daughters, two adorable granddaughters and her plethora of pets.

Karen now owns a fashion reselling business, a freelance marketing consulting business. Karen joined the Design Phase team in April 2022 and has fallen in love with the interior design world. Karen manages all social media, email marketing, website and event marketing for Design Phase.
